What's your minimum order quantity ?
- MOQ per order: Normally 2000 – 10,000 pcs
- MOQ per fabric: Normally 1000 – 1500 yards
- MOQ per color: Normally 800 – 1000 pcs
Notice that the MOQ often reflects the minimum amount of fabric our factory must purchase from the subcontractors. As such, you can reduce the overall MOQ by using the same fabrics and colors on more than one product.
What's your sample policy and lead time?
Available samples can be provided free of charge, and shipping costs are the only costs involved. Our charge for making new samples is refundable, and we will include it in your bulk order. Usually, sample making takes about a week.
What's the production lead time ?
Normally, the production lead-time is about 45 days after confirming all the material which the production requested.
Do you have any tests on your products ?
Our product has been exported to UK, Netherlands, the US, Germany, and Australia. In order to comply with different standards from different countries, our raw materials and products were sent to SGS, ITS, and STR for third-party inspections.
What's your payment terms?
Payment terms are TT with a percentage deposit or L/C at sight.
